About MJ Rosenthal

Principal & Founder
Certified Professional Organizer
Organizational, Executive Function & Productivity Coach

For nearly two decades, MJ Rosenthal has helped clients transform disorganization and overwhelm into clarity, control, and calm. As Principal and Founder of An Organized Life, she combines compassionate, human‑centered support with a deep technical skill set in professional organizing and executive function coaching.

Drawing on more than 18 years in the organizing, productivity, and coaching fields, MJ specializes in work that sits at the intersection of space, time, and mental load. She partners with clients on residential and small business organizing, complex relocations, and organizational and executive function coaching, especially for those navigating ADD, ADHD, and other neurodivergent processing styles.

MJ models, teaches, and trains clients in how to stay organized. Her strategic, customized approach helps clients simplify their lives, create more efficient environments, and finally take back control of their spaces, belongings, and schedules. Clients describe her as a calm, steady presence and a trusted partner during life’s most demanding seasons.

An Organized Life: The Story

After graduating from Boston University, MJ built a career in advertising, event planning, and hotel/property management: fast‑paced environments where logistics, details, and deadlines were constantly in motion. She saw colleagues, friends, and family members overwhelmed by their days, buried under clutter, and weighed down by decisions about space, belongings, and time. She knew there was a different way.

An Organized Life grew out of MJ’s desire to make life feel lighter, more intentional, and more manageable. She began sharing her organizing and planning strategies with clients one‑to‑one, both in person and virtually, helping them create systems that matched their real lives rather than an idealized standard. Today, An Organized Life serves clients across Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts with a team of expert organizers and coaches who share MJ’s commitment to thoughtful, human‑centered support.
